Has anyone been offered Cruise Park in Tyrellstown? I got offered one today. just wondering if anyone knows anything about them?

Yeah I got the letter today, I live in Blanchardstown so I'm going to pop up either tomorrow or Wednesday so i'll keep you posted

Just had a look on my home - I wonder are these the 2 beds - [broken link removed]

Let us know how you get on....

Good luck!

My letter says they are 2 bed ground floor apartments, mid-terrace and end of terrace, on Crusie Park Drive. I can't find anything on the net about apartments though.

Here's an example of a 2 bed house on Cruise Park Drive.

Edit: Dunno why that link doesn't work but there's one to let on daft if you wanna search for it.

I had a look on the net and the area looks lovely, If this area had of been close for me I would of snapped them up, So goodluck Stephen. They also look very central, to M50, Shopping centres etc. Looks to me like there all 2 bed town houses. they seem to be moving things a bit quicker on the list. I spoke to a girl before easter and she said they had got alot of properties in but the paper work just hadnt been done, and would be sorted after easter. So fingers crossed things really start moving!!

Dammit Barb, always so positive.. makes me sick!
(Nah just kidding, nice to see someone who's not all gloom and doom for a change!)

Lettuce know how these places pan out, (are they shoe-boxes or wha?!)
It's good to see some action from Fingal for a change! Let's hope this is the start of a few offers and not just a once off occurance! :)

Well I went down to have a look today at these units, they are ground floor apartments of a duplex development. Had a look in the window, I could see the bedrooms are in the front with an en suite in the master, to the back is the kitchen/living area. I have to say I thought they were lovely, quite small but thats to be expected for an affordable home.

I had a quick drive around the neighbourhood, its a fairly big development with a town centre that had a lidl, medical centre and a creche and other shops. There is a nice kids playground on the green.

I would say anyone that got offered one of these homes would be very happy!

You're quite a bit back from the N3 if thats where you need to go. I'm sure traffic might be an issue as a result. While Tyrellstown itself is ok, the area around Mulhudart village itself looks on the rougher side. I don't live there its just a passing observation from visiting people in Tyrellstown.

Just dragging this up to see if anyone accepted an offer?

We've received a letter for a 2 bed in Cruise Park so just wanted to get other opinions on it?

Sorry to bump this thread but these properties are being offered again, just wondering what other posters on this thread thought initially. Still expensive at €180,000 for an area with non-existent public transport in my opinion

Fingal really seem to be trying to get rid of all existing properties (Tyrellstown, Balbriggan, Mulhuddart..) before moving on to offering any new developments that might be in the pipeline. Grrr...
