You need to check if your household policy will cover any of them at all! Check the terms & conditions of your policy to check what sort of exclusions apply. Many policies will explicitly exclude rental situations such as this.

you also need to be more specific in the question. Are you seeking cover for YOUR liability to the tenants, or for the Tenants liability to others? Are you seeking cover for the Tenants possessions?
