I'm enquiring about SEI grants for my father in law who is in his 80's. He lives alone in a 3 bed detached bungalow built in the late 1980's. I've checked out the grants with SEI but am trying to get a feel for overall cost so any advice would be appreiciated.
I'm looking to get ball park figures for the folllowing (overall sq. footage is c.1100):
- Roof insulation
- Cavity Wall insulation
- BER assessment
- He currently has heating (electric storage heaters) but would like these to be replace with gas heating (supplied via tank because there is no main gas supply), I know this would involve a lot of work tracking through floors etc but not sure how much to expect it to cost
