PTSB Historic Tracker Rates from PTSB around redress?

Does anyone know if there is a list of historical mortgage rates offered by PTSB around the time of the redress issues?

We were placed on what they referred to as their "Prevailing Rate," which was 2.25% above the ECB rate. This seems quite high. Our mortgage was later sold to Pepper, despite being performing at the time (though it was a financial struggle). We suspect this may have been some form of penalty imposed by PTSB.

Our current rate is 5.15%, reducing to 4.9% from April 1st. The ECB rate is 2.65% + our 2.25% Tracker.

I am trying to determine the rate we should have been on, as we are now considering fixing our mortgage for the remaining 10 years and want to assess whether it would be a worthwhile decision.

I have definitely seen such a list. In fact, I think I compiled one but can't find it just at the minute.

Isn't google great? I just searched 2.25% and 3.25% and askaboutmoney and came up with this thread

Where is the penalty?

ptsb were free to set the prevailing rate at whatever rate they liked. So you can assume you were on the right rate.

You should now concern yourself with whether to fix or not.

I suggest doing a separate thread and maybe a moneymakeover.

It's a very interesting question. Anyone on 2.25% or 3.25% margins should be asking themselves the same question.
