Fillling up a form 11 for an elderly family member.

First time doing this but everything is prepopulated and mostly easy.

Have one problem though, she was in receipt of the widows pension but I can’t find where this goes, I thought I saw it as I moved through the different pre populated forms but now can’t find it and not sure where I should look? Do I need to add it again?
It’s not mentioned in the final IT self assessment calculation

It might be a good idea to check her tax cert.
If the credits and the bands in the cert are reduced for the widows pension, there is no need to include it.

Here, or the online equivalent?

Would deleting the current form and starting again help?

I’m pretty sure I saw the figure mentioned when first going through - maybe I need to confirm the preoppulated figure or something,

It is included in her tax cert and her tax credits have been reduced. But this doesn’t seems to be reflected anywhere on the online form 11

Ok, problem solved.
For anyone with the same issue I found it in a section called PAYE/BIK/Pensions (2) .
Scroll down to the end of the page and it gives an estimated figure. You then enter the actual figure underneath even if the same as the estimate.

Thanks for the help.

Pretty Sure
I have not got to pension yet but my benefit is already included in my Revenue Acc and my tax cert
I did'nt advise them, Revenue just issued a revied cert. I assume all DSP paymements are advised to Revenue
This is from my Revenue Online Acc
If i included it in my form 11, as income - i would be taxed twice

No, you'd record on the form 11 that tax etc was already deducted at source. If you have to do a self assessed return then it should detail all income, including income already taxed, as far as I know.

Edit: only read your second post after posting the above.
