Help - Where to park 800k in short term

We have 850K cash hoping to buy a house. We currently live in a two bedroom owner occupied apartment with our two kids, 12, 9 in Dublin. We have about 300K equity in the apartment if we sell, it has approx 250K mortgage outstanding, mortgage until 2032. We are both in our early fifties. Trying to evaluate what our options are and where to out the cash to earn any interest while we are figuring things out. Thanks.
