Guernsey Deposit Interest Form 11

Hi, Just a question on DIRT please.
I have interest from an account with SKIPTON international in Guernsey.
Where do I declare this interest ( after converting to annualised Euro Exchange Rate) on the Online Form 11?
I assume this would be standard dirt tax rate?

How can it be? Guernsey is not part of the UK.

That's what I thought though im confused by the above from jpd if Im honest!
Would I simply use the exchange rate average for the tax year and put it down as Non Ireland interest?
