I recently purchased a Golf Tee Time Voucher from an online service provider GreatGolf.com, the purchase and voucher was confirmend by GreatGolf.com. However when I went to the golf course to play the golf club refused the voucher as GreatGolf.com had not paid them. The golf club had been provided with CC details from GreatGolf.com, which was denied by the clearing bank. This meant that I had to pay the green fees directly to the golf club for a second time.
I am now in the situation were I am not getting any response from GreatGolf.com and I have not been refunded the original transaction costs.
Can anybody tell me what financial regulator I report GreatGolf.com to and am I able to claim the money back from my credit card provider.
