Just wondering is there any recruitment agencies that stand out from the rest, Dublin area, logistics/Warehousing area

I would think that the last thing a prospective employer wants these days is the extra over expensive of the middle man recruiting employees, get out onto the ground yourself do the research send out letters to companies ring them. Recruitment companies are a by-product of the boom years..
