Strumpet City was a tv series and is available on DVD. It is brialliant and a real insight in to life in Dublin and the power that certain people held.

I saw The Field on tv over Christmas and forgot what a good film it was. I am thinking about getting in on DVD.

Any other good Irish films\programs worth getting?

And one of the best films ever - Irish or not - 'The Dead' directed by John Huston.
