Hi,

I have just been contacted by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Co. Co. who said that they will pass my name onto the developer of Goatstown Close for a two bed house. I would love to live in the Stillorgan area and have been on the list for some time now. I would be grateful if anyone has any further information on Goatstown Close. What kind of a development is it/what are the houses like?. Are they well finished? Is it recommended?.

That sounds like a great offer. Very few people get offered houses in Dun Laoghaire Rathdown. Goatstown is a grand area and I imagine that Goatstown Close will be a nicer development than a lot of the larger apt block schemes - some of which are very high density, grey and boring.

Just make sure you get an independent valuation and question the market value if you think it's too high - be sure and put it in writing because you get a no on the phone, a letter gets a better response.

Where abouts is Goatstown Close? I know the area very well but I never heard of this address?
