Hi all,
I am currently on a permanent contract with a tenure of nearly 14 years. An opportunity has come up within the same company but the role is for a 12 month contract. A secondment is not offered for this role. If I was to take this role what are my rights after the 12 months if not extended. Will I lose my 14 years tenure with the company? If no other roles are available at the end of the 12 months can the company just end my involvement with them? Thanks in advance.
