Hi

I've had a quick look at this - I like the mix of assets, between the different counties but am forced to wonder is the turnaround time a bit quick ?

.. particularly, given the intention to dispose of assets in Y4, Y5 and Y6

The distribution of income from Y2 might be attractive to some people, but how is it taxed - is it income or capital being returned ? (obviously 2 different tax rates to consider here if it's income !)

Would love to see other peoples comments on this one also ...
