You could try giving Bosch a call and asking to speak to someone in their Service Dept. They are big on customer service and should be able to offer advice. If they can't solve the problem over the phone they will give you details of service call charges etc.

They called out on Christmas Eve to replace a warranty part in our fridge freezer some years ago, not many companies would make that effort.

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried it in a different area ensured it was ventilated and cleared any dust from the back. No joy. Then I rang Dundrum Service Centre who were quite helpful even though they had no one available they gave me the number of a number person - Paul Harding. Paul popped over last night, call out charge of 40 EUR which I thought was pretty good. Anyway, turns out that a tenant had done the old defrost with a knife trick and punctured the freezer. So the lights are on, the motor is running and nobodys home! Diagnosis - dump it and replace.

Water in Fridge

Hey Sue Ellen,

I was wondering if you can help, I saw a few pages back that you had a solution for this problem but it keeps happening.

Our fridge (part of a fridge freezer) keeps getting water in it. ie the drip tray/ridge at the back fills with water and then it spills down onto the shelves in the fridge. I have tried cleaning this out but it still happened. The problem is that it gets very narrow down that hole, do you know what I could use to get further down into it?

Its an intergrated fridge freezer so its really hard to get it out!

The fridge is a TEKO A-FC1350
