Buying a property which is leasehold. Auctioneer says it's no big deal but I heard it was a really bad idea to do so. Can anyone give me more accurate info?
Alot of times these leaseholds are for hundred's of years my friend bought a house with leasehold of 900Yrs, but why not just buy out the leasehold to put your mind at rest should cost a couple of hundred I think
