Form 11 ROS download / export

I can't for the life of me figure out how to export my form 11's on ROS.

I've searched here and came across a post from 2016 but that doesn't work for me either.

Why wouldn't revenue just make it simple?.

The export button doesn't work at all.

Baffled???

I have an accountant. But when I sign I to Ros to view everything I can't download the old form 11's.

No I'm looking to see my old form 11's from previous years. There's an export option but it doesn't work.

Yes i see that but you can't actually view or download them. It doesn't work?.

They are PDF documents, you browser may be blocking them or are opening in a PDF viewer? In which case you should be able to select File and Save As.

It just has an export box to tick but that doesn't work.

I can't figure out why revenue don't have a simple process to see old form 11's

You just click on the item and it opens in whatever pdf reader you have installed as your default

This works on my personal ROS account, for which I've been filing my own returns.

It does not work on my mothers newly registered account as the revenue record is empty - presumably because communications were sent to her accountant as opposed to her personally for past years.

I can view the returns in the Returns section under 'Information Services', together with the date filed, but cannot download.

If you're struggling to export Form 11s on ROS, here's a quick solution: Log in to ROS, navigate to "My Services," and select "File a Return" under Income Tax. Locate the 'Export' button in your Form 11. If it doesn't work, try using a compatible browser like Internet Explorer or an older version of Firefox. Disable any pop-up or ad blockers, as these can interfere with the export function. Alternatively, use the print option and select 'Save as PDF.' If problems persist, contact the ROS helpdesk for assistance.
