This is the most hilarious shill I've ever read.

I live in Carrigaline and can assure anyone reading, that the new Forest Hill estate is nothing special. The cheapest houses start at €300k and are of comparable quality to what's on the market at that price. Not only that, but there's a huge stock of unsold housing in Carrigaline. You only need to look at Castle Heights to see this, half the estate is unsold, this is a year and a half after launch. So exceptional value, these houses are not.
 
not to mention they are built up on top of each other. Wouldnt really want to get to know the neighbours that well.
 
also there is planning permisioin sought for >250 affordable and social houses right across the road (just east of the new southern relief road). I thought that the government were committed to integrating social housing rather than creating ghettos.

sorry for causing such a fuss in my previous post on foresthill i just gave my honest view on the houses and there quality which i still believe is very high compared to other new houses for sale in carrigaline and areas like douglas which i also viewed,although some of the gardens are quite small the interior quality more than makes up for this, also for anyone intrested in these houses it should be worth noting that some have already been sold for alot less than the asking price so its always worth a haggle,for what its worth sue ellen my only connection with astra construction is that i drive a opel asra which i hope dispell any rumours to the contrary.
