Does anyone know if the supermarket vouchers are posted from the supermarket or from GiftHouse?

From the supermarket in my case but still charged a fee by the gift house website.

I got an insert with my latest Flogas bill stating that due to rising costs in the wholesale energy market they were increasing their natural gas prices by 8.9% from the 26th June.

However they also stated that this will include a rise in their "standing charge".

Why would an increase in the wholesale energy market necessitate an increase in their fixed charge?

My gas supplier is with FloGas. We are experiencing boiler problems. I called them to see if they had an engineer that could call to check out our system. No! We don't provide that service they told me. So I contacted BordGais where I have no gas service from and they said that they could help out.

Renewal coming up next February. I will be taking other stuff in to consideration when I shop around.
