It seems that some people in Revenue and in First Active don't have a clue how it works.

very true.

but regarding the sums due, the revenue still has them and only pay first active after they post the sums to the customers.
so the only person earning from this is the revenue.

the person in first active prob just doesnt realise what goes on.
