First Active Savings - No longer secure?

I don't know how I missed this information during the week but I've just read about Ulster Bank pulling out of the State Guarantee Scheme - Is this correct?

Can someone confirm for me if this means that my First Active Savings are no longer secure in totality?

First Active is part of the RBS group which is now partly owned by the British government (60% stake I think) so your savings should be very secure.

Its also covered by the Irish Deposit Protection Scheme which means 100% of deposits up to max of €100,000 are secure.
