hello,
does anyone have any experience they can share on this? On getting quotes from fire and smoke damage. Ones I have got so far differs by about 15K. Some will charge you less for everything and will do everything, some will charge you lots for everything, some will charge you soem where in between on what seems to be the minimal amount of things that needs to be done or replaced.
I only get one chance at this, so it in my interest to get the best quality of workmanship, raw materials for price.
what happens now when i submit the quotes to the insurance man, does he choose on the builder/cleaner or will i?
