Has anyone got any feedback on TUI either good or bad , mainly about their flights as in delays , luggage problems etc

Never had a problem with them that was truly theirs. Flight delayed once due to ATC technology issue.
 
Never any issues.. probably a more expensive option but if you are not up for booking flights and accom separately, also with associated potential hassles, they have been good in my experience
 
Used their services this year for the first time. Booked through a travel agent also, very old school.

Seamless holiday. No issues, and price wise I don't think I would have saved anything by booking flights / accom. direct (it was a lateish booking).
