I'm considering doing a second job to help raise a house deposit and once gained to pay off the mortgage as soon as possible.
I'm a 35 year old guy in good health. I work in a office during the day 9-5 and earn a reasonable 40k salary, but as a single person I can forget about getting a house unless its affordable housing which may involve years of waiting (I do intend to apply once my credit card debt is cleared..about one months time - finally!!) for a place in a location I really don't want.
I'm looking for something non to stressful that involves a bit of physical work. Probably 6 -11 five nights a week and Saturdays with Sundays off would be ideal, pretty much like being Uni again now that I think of it.
Anyone have suggestions? , I rather not come face to face with my workmates though on a night out, could be embarrising, so probably public facing jobs are not the best.
Are there warehouse, or other type roles available on these limited hours? , looking on nixer.com most of these type of roles seem to be advertised for full time staff rather than evening staff.
Thanks for any advice!
