Email from Bank of Ireland about survey.

Got an email from Bank of Ireland about doing a survey, 2 minutes, no personal details required.
Anyone else get the email. Wondering is it legitimate? They have a warning on their 365 site about scam texts. I presume emails are even less secure than texts.
 
Banks seem hopelessly confused on this issue.

On the one hand they say never respond to texts as it could be phishing. So you would think they would reduce even legitimate texts so that any text looks suspicous.

On the other AIB regularly text me to tell me that my statement is ready. As it happens on an a/c I closed in 2016........
 
Yet.....I have a few petty dormant accounts with a few banks.......years old......and I never hear from them about these.
