Eligibile for Carers Benefit

I would like to check for a family member if she would be eligible for Carers Benefit, she is currently working 18 hours a week and will continue to work the 18 hours. The part she is confused about is she will not be reducing the number of hours she works but she will be working under the 18.5" She found this on the Gov.ie Website .A Carer must have given up work or reduced their working hours to 18.5 hours or less per week from the 01/01/2020 to care for a person(s) who is in need of full time care and attention "

If the person has not given up work nor reduced their hours that answer would be no.
 
She may be eligible for Carer's Allowance even though she doesn't meet the requirement of the reduction of hours. It is means-tested but the test is higher than for many payments.
