EBS Tracker to Fixed + Contract Wording - Advice?

I wanted to check if any EBS customers have had success in appealing their case having moved from a tracker to a fixed rate?

I am simliar to others ebs etc , tracker and fixed but not put back on tracker subsequently and as outlined above simliar documentation can you tell me if those in the threads of 2013 , which was similar to us , get their tracker back ? This would be very useful to us to know this .
