EBS - BOI - what to do next?

Hello,

Looking to get another cashback deal but PTSB said I'd have to be with my lender 2 years (he didn't seem all that with it so not sure whether they are dead in the water or not). Not sure what to do next? With BOI c. 5 months, I've heard anecdotally that EBS have paid out twice on the same property before.

Looking to get as much bang for my buck - Anyone manage to get cashback twice on the same property?

Yes Cash back on the same property is fine although EBS is the only Bank to say specifically state in their t & c's that they only give cash back once on a property. If you bought a new property EBS will give you cash back again because it is a new property. With PTSB you do need to be with your current lender 24 months and they are strict with it because i tried them before my 24 months was up and they refused me.

Where would you suggest we go to next? We have a massive mortgage still (c .470k).
