I know it's been mentioned here a few times about getting these forms if you've worked in the UK.
But has anyone actually successfully received these forms from the Inland Revenue?
I completed their necessary IR documentation requesting E301 and E104, only to be told 2 months afterwards that I must apply through my "local Irish Authority office".
