Just looking at both airlines and their schedule of flights in to Faro airport this June.

Each airline has 4 flights per day. 8 flying in to Faro on any one day.

That's about 1500 seats per day between the two of them. Over 10,000 per week.

Are they actually filling these planes?

I booked a return flight to Faro at Easter. The flight on the return leg got cancelled and I had to re-book. There were two flights back from Faro that night with a short time between departures. I would think that the second flight got cancelled due to low booking numbers, but that's just speculation. Good to know that there are so many flights scheduled by both airlines though as it should mean that cost will be reasonable enough.
