Sure tis only a matter of time before the new corporation colonises it ;), talk about rewarding failure :rolleyes:. btw the Ballina people, being Tipp dwellers will no doubt take grave exception to being referred to as living in Clare :D
 
I wondered how long it would be before some one spotted that.;) I didn't want to butcher your quote any more than I had already so I left Ballina in there.
 
When I came to limerick first I drove out to killaloe/ballina one sunday. Told the girls in work I was in Ballina but for some reason couldn't figure out where Killaloe and could they explain how to get there from Ballina.:D

Personally, I think there should be mandatory elocution lessons for everyone outside of North Fingal ( includes mahhs bah and stahh bah dwellers in the NE) :D
 
But is it not related to the "Ahhdee Gahhdee" phenomenon, which is definitely not from Boston (which is in Co. Clare anyway)?
