On behalf of my romanian wife, two half-irish half-romanian daughters and well-educated, well-off extended romanian family it would be nice if you wouldn't introduce your latent racism into the debate. You could try approaching the girl in question and asking her to expose her posterior (whereupon most good romanians have an image of their passport and national flag tatooed) so that, indeed, you may 'see' and be 'sure'.Every morning I see the same young girl (looks romanian, can't see for sure if she is)
Probably the girl in question is of the Rrom ethnicity in which case she may well hold a romanian passport but equally might hold one from Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Albania or a host of other european countries.
