If you are in your role for less than a year it may mean you are only getting up to speed in your current location, moving you could mean 2 people to train up rather than one. all things being equal as your manager i'd probably try to keep you in your current location, there's nothing to stop you chatting to your manager and selling them on why it's a good move to relocate you.

Realistically can you easily transfer skills from one location to another without downtime,
Would you be willing to put in extra time to train up a new appointee in your current location.
