Hi all

Does anyone know what I need to do to understand what data a bank would hold on customer

Made request to bank / but just got some bank statements
- no recorded phone calls
- file notes/ emails
Etc

Do I need guess what data they hold or can I look it up or should they tell me

Your bank's GDPR data protection notice/privacy policy published on their website should explain what personal details they may collect and what it's used for.
