When it comes to cars i havent a clue.

€160 for standard car service. Said he changed oil and air filter and realigned steering.

Is this reasonable?

He also says i need two new front tyres, €85 each for 'middle of the road' tyres.

But seriously, the figures mentioned seem reasonable to me.
As ever though when they do the service/inspection they may find more things that need attention - that's just the way it works.

Can I ask what type of car the service was done on? Seems very cheap.
When you say "realigned steering" - what did he do , was it the tracking on the car ?

Sounds rather vague to me.

What mileage is on the car? This dictates what needs checking and changing according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.

Did he change the oil and the oil filter? Did he change the engine air filter and the cabin air filter, aka pollen filter?

I don't understand "realigned steering", and, if the misalignment he detected caused irregular or excessive tyre wear, the single most important job that wasn't done was to replace the worn tyres. They are your only point of contact with the road and your primary source of control whether steering or braking.

It may be a great value service, but there isn't enough information to judge.

Just got quoted for a 'full service' 127km on the clock, for a 2014 corolla, from the 'official' dealership.

410e

Steep ??

Depends - what exactly does a "full service" involve?
Official dealerships are usually going to be (possibly significantly) more expensive than other garages.
