Cork city broadband

My parents have BB with rapid boardband and I have used it, it is very good.
They live on the coast line in West Cork (back of beyonds).
They have the 1Mb line for €37.50 a month including VAT (plus once off connect fee).
There is a less expensive half Mb option also which I imagine would be fine also.
I had tried to get connected with thse guys but they had no signal in Bandon.
There customer service was only alright as it took numerous phone calls even to get them to verify if there was signal or not.
 
I have eircom broadband, find it good so far, it has been down once in 8 months. The only problem I have had was when i signed up you got a free trial for the sky sports bundle and their entertainment bundle, i wasn't told on the phone you had to cancel it after the trial was up. It resulted in an extra €20 excl Vat on the bill so beware.
