It is a very good all round policy, 75% back on GP fees, 50% back on consultant fees, the excesses for overnight admission aren't that bad. It does have the 20% ortho however most of the polices in this price range have this shortfall now.

You might want to double check that a plan actually has this before signing up. Just Google Laya + the plan name, go down to Hospital Cover and it should confirm that there's no ortho shortfall.
Laya's Control 600 Total has the full orthopedic and it's a bit cheaper.
However you don't get as much back in Outpatients reimbursement, but you do get something.
