It is a very good all round policy, 75% back on GP fees, 50% back on consultant fees, the excesses for overnight admission aren't that bad. It does have the 20% ortho however most of the polices in this price range have this shortfall now.

It probably does but who are we mere mortals to know for sure so it is probably best to check with Laya.

Your many queries are so complex that its probably best that you get advice if not from a health broker then from a health insurer.
 
Laya's Control 600 Total has the full orthopedic and it's a bit cheaper.
However you don't get as much back in Outpatients reimbursement, but you do get something.
