Concrete Coloured Paint

My window-sills have become discoloured and I want to paint them with a coloured paint similar to the original concrete colour as it matches the stonework which the house is built with.

Can anyone recommend a colour which is similar in colour to concrete? Thanks.

This year I added a liquid that helps paint to stick to the concrete sills and front wall cappings. Only became aware of such a product this year and hopefully it works as paint peels easily from concrete.

Thanks for the tip Sandals I will bear this in mind when getting the paint.

I think the discolouring is partly from different batches or mixing of the concrete in the castings of the sills so washing will not be a soloution.

Also, there a few places on the plinth where the blocks are visible through the plaster and I want to 'kill' these lines. The plasterer has assurred me that the plinths were well scudded and with very liberal coating of plaster applied.

So any suggestions on a suitable cement coloured paint??
