A point of detail question!
Say someone had lodged a complaint with PTSB about 3 years ago about his tracker rate - and say the final response letter arrived about a year ago...………...i.e. in the 2 intervening years (between the initial complaint and final response), there were many delays whilst PTSB was sosing out the proverbial lie of the land.
My questions are:
- did PTSB issue holding letters and if so, approximately, how frequently? and
- was PTSB obliged to issue such holding letters under consumer protection or other regulations?
