I'm astonished that a family of 4 could buy a liveable property in any of these areas for 450k. These are the premium south Dublin areas - and as noted any property for around that price is seriously small. I own a 91sqm house on South Circular and I couldn't envisage a family of 4 in it.
If you do manage to pull it off I'd be in awe of you but I'd be almost certain those houses are going for far in excess of their opening prices.
