Claiming tax relief on AVC top-up

Hi,
I made an AVC top-up payment recently for 2018, basically maxing out my AVC payments to claim maximum tax relief. The problem I have is if I go into MyAccount on revenue.ie I can only make claims for 2019. It looks like claims for 2018 are closed. I know I did this a year or two ago but can't rememeber how I claimed the tax relief. Anyone know how I can make the claim on 2018 contributions?

Send the (tax) pension certificate to Revenue with a cover letter stating that you are electing to backdate the contribution to 2018 . You have to do this before 31st October.

You need to select "review your tax 2015-2018 (Form 12 or End if year statement (P21))"
Then amend your form 12 to add the claim for AVC.
