Chimney balloons?

Saw an ad for these on a US website, supposedly they are inflatable balloons you stick up your chimney to minimise heat loss. We have a fairly noticeable draught going up the chimney so has anyone seen these on sale in Ireland?

There is a few threads on heating bills that mention these balloons. One such tread is copied below. I have trawled through the post and pasted a link to a site that sells them. I reckon that Woodies or Atlantic HomeCare would sell them but I am not sure !

I bought one of these recently. Ordered it online. Took a few weeks but got it in the end. Easy to fit.
