Chill Insurance - can't get hold of

We have our home insurance through Chill Insurance brokers.

I have a query that I would like to discuss with them.

I tried calling them a few times and just cant seem to get someone to speak to. I was transferred on two ocassions to another team but it just rang out.

I have emailed them, to the email adresses below, asking that they please phone me but no joy. This has been going on 1 week.

Yeah i may do that Clubman. Ill try phoning Chill again tomorrow aswell.

Its really poor customer service though.

and they charge you a fair hefty fee on your insurance for that service (usually detailed in the renewal paperwork.)

Had similar experience a few years ago, just for the craic, I rang the sales line and got through immediately to a rep.

Funny that.

Yeah i have done that too but sales rep then tries to put me on to someone else but it goes dead
