Cheapest Flights to Bahamas ????

Any advice about the cheapest way to get to the Bahamas in January ?

I would consider taking connecting flights from anywhere else for example from Florida, east Coast USA, anywhere etc so long as it was cheap.
 
I've done a lot of traveling and used a lot of agents and airlines however I have found that Orbitz (orbitz.com) have consistently provided the cheapest fares. I have absolutely no affiliation with them.

Best bet is to use the top 3 consolidators then calling a local agent to see if they can beat their price.
 
We were there in the summer in one of the outislands via Nassau. We got a sweet sale deal on BA from LHR to Nassau. Before the sale it was something like 750 per person return. When I seen the sale on I booked right away and got 420 each. Keep an eye out on BA website they do sales every so often. Yes, you have to make your way to LHR, but you also bypass US immigration, which IMO is better.
