Challenging management fees

Hello

I am in the process of challenging management fees that have been levied by the management company

The development is a pre MUD Act 2011 development.

The building that my apartment is in has been transferred to the owners management company but the external common area is still under the ownership of the developer.

I am awaiting for all the conveyancing documents in relation to the purchase but my query is the leasehold interest was created by the developer

In the burden says the property is subject to the right covenants and conditions to the use of enjoyment thereof between the developer and the registered owners of the new folios

My question is would the conveyancing between the developer and the management company not end that burden and the new burden created for the benefit of the management company and the owners
