Because of an inability to resolve an ongoing broadband issue I moved from Vodafone to Digiweb. Since I moved however, the broadband issue, intermittent internet drops and slow speeds, has remained. In fairness Digiweb customer service has been much better than Vodafone, but I still don't have a resolution. I have had 2 modems now from Digiweb which has failed to resolve the issue. Digiweb say they can see all of the broadband issues on their reports which they pass to Open Eir. Open Eir then report back that the problem is resolved, or the line is fine, and the problems recur and I'm back to square one. Any advice as I am starting to go totally mad!
