The three main developments at similiar price levels are Coolbawn Meadows, Bruach na Sionna, and Castlerock, they are all in fairly close proximity to each other with Collbawn and Bruach na Sionna being small enough in size c.60 units each. I wouldn't have thought that any of the 3 has distinct advantages over the others. Castlerock has some social (I'm told) and affordable housing, Bruach na Sionna has affordable but no social and Coolbawn I'm not sure about but I know some of the guys that were working there on site and they reported that sales were good. So I would visit thema ll and work out the best value. they all avail of the same amenities etc so at least you have a good choice.
