They have all the information on you that they need available to them. Especially if you have encashed recently. They are too lazy to look it up.I'm using the same IBAN to receive the money but they insist on ringing me.
What do you mean by this? The funds would arrive in your bank immediately by automatic transfer.....no delay.The funds arrived on time even tho the bank might have delayed lodging by up to 3 days.
We were trying to line up funds for a certain date. The bonds people said that even if funds were gone from the State Savings account, there might be a 3 day delay in a bank lodgement showing up in our account. Money exited on a Friday and arrived in our bank account on a Monday. I suppose it depends what sort of bank you nominate? So it did take seven working days to process but two weeks from start to finish. We posted form on a Monday and it arrived Wednesday in Kerry and was dealt with by following Friday week so '7 days'What do you mean by this?
