My daughter of 26 has just passed her driving test. Will have her own car soon. What is best alternative price wise to Boxymo and Its 4 Women.

Or should she just go to a broker.

Hi,
I'm not sure how it would work out for 26 year old, but I found AXA & AIG to be best at taking named driving experience into account. Some others do, but the premiums were higher in the case I looked at.

My wife had been named on mine for years - switched her to her own insurance through BoI (I bank with them so maybe a factor). Got full credit for named driving experience.

They are an agent for RSA... so assuming RSA might give credit. Though sometimes agents get better terms from the underlying insurance company (for flow business I assume) so not sure if you get the same going direct

My daughter aged 24 has had her own insurance now for three years. She was a named driver on my policy for about 3 years also. Her renewal has arrived and we have checked around and find that her current provider AXA is still the cheapest.
