Anyone know if its a regulation to get a statement yearly for your mortgage. Got mixed to pepper January last year rang them up three weeks ago to get one and still waiting.
Waiting months on statements from Pepper last year and kept phoning and being lied to like yourself and eventually got them and they were wrong! And had to wait again for a spell! You couldn’t make up this stuff! Unreal!!!

I would love tell everyone of our experience (it's negative) long story short...
Apparently mortgage was discharged.. yet 3 week later after Settlement...STILL have no summary NOR statements NOR the surplus of funds of 340k plus!.. I drove past our old home and see strangers in there it's upsetting.. yet we have been in limbo for almost a year now.. they didn't waste time booting us out... now why isn't there that urgency?
Can't log into the portal either... left in the lurch. Told nothing.
